Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Criminal facts

1. On June 16, 2017, the Defendant infringed upon the residence of the victim C (56 years) who resided in the second floor located in the housing owned by the Defendant located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, the second floor door glass was broken up and was intruded into the victim’s residence.

2. On the ground that the victim does not open the entrance door at the same date, time, and at the same place as paragraph 1., the Defendant damaged the victim’s market price, which is the victim’s possession in the living room of the victim, by throwing a bitle on the floor.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the property owned by others.

3. A special assault Defendant: (a) was unable to receive wages from the victim’s daily labor base at the same date and time as, and at the same place as, the above paragraph (1) of the same Article; (b) was shaking the victim’s ebbbbage with left hand; (c) threatened the victim with knicking the knife, which is a dangerous thing in the said place; (d) broken the victim’s head head toward the right side of the victim; and (e) plicked the victim’s left hand.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
