A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

One bankbook for a national bank (No. 4) seized shall be confiscated.

Criminal facts

1. A thief: (a) around 05:0 on the last day of July 2015, the Defendant: (b) stolen property at the front day of the F Park G sales store located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; (c) at the gallon city (S) mobile phone numbering 3 mobile phones and back jun, the market price of which was the victim’s ownership, which was in charge of the head of the F Park G sales store located in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul; and (d) on which the market price cannot be known due to cash, cash, 7,000 won; and (e) on October 15, 2015, the Defendant stolen property equivalent to the total market price of KRW 11,283,000 over 14 times in total, as indicated in the list of crimes (1).

2. On July 27, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) around 04:36 on July 27, 2015, at the convenience point operated by the Victim J in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, the Defendant purchased tobacco 1 A; (b) purchased tobacco as if he/she was the lawful holder of the L’s physical card in the name of Korea, such as the list of crimes (1) No. 1), issued the said check to the victim; (c) issued the said check to the victim; (d) had the victim pay KRW 4,500 and received tobacco 1 A; and (e) had the victim paid KRW 4,500 by the same method as indicated in the list of crimes (2) by the same method eight times in total as indicated in the list of crimes (2).

3. On August 29, 2015, at a place where a location cannot be known, the Defendant purchased merchandise coupons, etc. by means of small sum settlement at least 105 times in total, as indicated in the separate sheet of crime (3), by using a gallon 3 mobile phone from a stolen M, as listed in the separate sheet of crime (1) No. 4.
