Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2019, at around 23:25, the Defendant driven a CR car while under the influence of alcohol 0.136% of alcohol level from around 50 meters to the front road of the frequency at which it is impossible to find out the trade name in the Geum-si, Jin-si.
