A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【2015 Highly 67】 On February 23, 2015, the Defendant demanded the victims E (n, 67 years of age) and victims F (n, 61 years of age) to use money at an drinking level on the ground that the victims knew of a flat face in front of the exit route of the 1st century in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, at around 17:5, 2015, the Defendant threatened the victims with a knife (30 cm in total length, 18.5 cm in length, 18.5 cm in the Defendant’s dwelling) and tried to take money and valuables from the victims without any awareness of the victims, while threatening them to the effect that “the victims have changed money, knife in money, knife in order to knife them.”

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying a deadly weapon and threatened victims, tried to take money and valuables, but attempted to do so.

【2015 Height107】 No person shall commit any act of causing danger to the operation of rolling stock by destroying railroad facilities or rolling stock without justifiable grounds, and shall not interfere with the performance of duties of rolling stock workers due to violence or intimidation.

On December 12, 2014, at around 10:58, the Defendant: (a) caused danger to the operation of rolling stock by destroying the repairing cost to cover KRW 107,875,00,00; (b) continuously stop the operation of a train to approximately four minutes as it is sent to G and H on the same day after receiving a report at around 11:08 on December 12, 201; (c) stop the operation of a train to approximately four minutes, and assist with the operation of a train.
