1. On November 5, 2013, a traffic accident that occurred during the operation of E vehicles at a factory in the D gas stations located in Incheon City, 17:38.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is the driver of the above vehicle as the owner of the cargo vehicle EScar (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff vehicle"), and the defendant is the driver of the F new-frequency truck (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant vehicle").

B.
