1. On November 5, 2013, a traffic accident that occurred during the operation of E vehicles at a factory in the D gas stations located in Incheon City, 17:38.

1. Basic facts

A. The plaintiff is the driver of the above vehicle as the owner of the cargo vehicle EScar (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff vehicle"), and the defendant is the driver of the F new-frequency truck (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant vehicle").

B. On November 5, 2013, the Defendant parked the Defendant’s vehicle at the right edge of the factory site in the Djuju station located in Incheon City, and the Plaintiff parked around November 17:00 on the left edge of the Defendant’s vehicle in order to provide meals in neighboring areas, as shown in the attached Form No. 17:00 on November 5, 2013, the lower part of the Plaintiff’s vehicle overlaps with that of the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle at a place less than 1m away from the left edge of the Defendant’s vehicle, as in the attached Form No. 2/3.

C. On November 5, 2013, between 17:30 and 17:35, the Defendant boarded up the Defendant’s loading of the Defendant’s vehicle to cover a waterproof cover.

At the time, the sealed cement was stored at a height of about 1m from the floor of loading.

The defendant laid down the string of the vehicle under the defendant's vehicle to connect the string of the vehicle (the front part of the vehicle with the driver's seat and the front part of the string) with a waterproof cover on the front (the nearest side) of the string of the string of the vehicle, and the string of the string on both ends of the cover with the upper part of the vehicle.

After completing meals, the Plaintiff was on November 5, 2013 from November 17:30 to 17:35, 2013, on the part of the Plaintiff, who was on board the train and was working on the train. After approximately 2 to 3 minutes, the Plaintiff’s vehicle started from the start of the train.

E. Not later than one minute prior to the start of the Plaintiff’s vehicle, the Defendant 1 was able to walk the front part of the Plaintiff’s vehicle in the form of a string, as shown in the attached Form, which is installed on the back side of the right side of the Plaintiff’s vehicle. As the Plaintiff’s vehicle starts and moves approximately eight to nine meters, a waterproof cover of the Defendant’s vehicle connected with the string is towing the Plaintiff’s vehicle.
