1. The Defendant’s disciplinary action against the Plaintiff on December 29, 2015 (in writing), No. 1 (in writing) and No. 2, and reporting and accusation against the Plaintiff.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a student who attended the first half of the year D middle school from March 2, 2015 to February 1, 2016.

B. On December 24, 2015, at the meeting of the autonomous committee meeting held on December 24, 2015, the following resolutions (hereinafter referred to as the “ instant resolution”) were made on December 29, 2015, at a total of nine teachers E, F, G, police officers H, J, K, K, L, M, and Eul. Accordingly, on December 29, 2015, the Defendant made a resolution on the following matters (hereinafter referred to as the “instant resolution”). On December 29, 2015, Article 17(1)1 and 2 of the Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against Violence in Schools (hereinafter referred to as the “Act on the Prevention of Violence in Schools”) (hereinafter referred to as “the instant autonomous committee”). Article 17(1)1 and 5 of the Act on the Prevention of and Countermeasures against Victims of School Violence (hereinafter referred to as “the Act on the Prevention of Violence in Schools”) and Disposition No. 1 of the Act on the Prevention of Violence in School Violence (hereinafter referred to as “the Act”).

C. On the other hand, on January 6, 2016, N’s father requested a victim’s guardian’s request to the effect that “I wish to transfer continuously bullying from the Plaintiff during that period to the Plaintiff so that it does not occur in the future.” The above regional committee meeting held on January 21, 2016 decided to take measures to replace the classes under Article 17(1)4 and Article 17(1)7 of the School Violence Prevention Act in addition to the measure against the Plaintiff at the regional committee meeting held on January 21, 2016.
