Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who works as the reconstruction association of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from May 2010.

1. The head of an association, who is an executive of an association under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, shall make public the documents and related data concerning the implementation of a rearrangement project along with the Internet and other methods to make them known to its members within 15 days

Nevertheless, the Defendant entered into a detailed contract with GS Construction Co., Ltd., the said apartment construction company, to raise the total amount of KRW 30 billion to KRW 77.3 billion on October 18, 201, with respect to a monetary loan agreement for consumption with the said apartment construction company, which was entered into around November 201, the Defendant changed and entered into a detailed contract to adjust the total amount of loans to KRW 77.3 billion on October 18, 201

Where a cooperative member requests perusal or reproduction of documents and related materials related to the implementation of maintenance projects, such as a list of cooperative members under the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents, the head of the cooperative

Nevertheless, on December 16, 2013, the Defendant did not comply with the request from H, a member of the said reconstruction association, for perusal and reproduction of the list of members of the said reconstruction association.
