1. Defendant B

A. The Defendant violated the Tobacco Business Act sold tobacco to unspecified and many customers without being designated as a tobacco retailer from June 10, 2016 to June 23, 2017.

B. On May 6, 2017, the Defendant, even a criminal, committed an act of selling tobacco at a convenience store without being designated as a tobacco retailer, and was placed in a situation where he/she was punished for a violation of the Tobacco Business Act as a result of the act of selling tobacco at a convenience store, and was committed with intent to conceal the fact that he/she operates the convenience store.

On May 31, 2017, at the G convenience point in the operation of the Defendant, the Defendant, at the time, issued a fine on the part of the Defendant, to A, who was registered as a business operator of convenience stores at the time from the G convenience point in the operation of the Defendant F, on May 31, 2017.
