Punishment of the crime

1. Larceny;
A. On May 14, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime, around 17:00 on May 14, 2014, with a total of KRW 1,400,00,000, the market price of the HPart North Korea 1,000 won owned by the victim, where the victim D residing together in the Defendant’s residence located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, was located on a book with his house located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (b) one bankbook; and (c) 1,80,000,000,000,000,000 won, including one copy of resident registration certificate, one copy of transportation card, and one copy of transportation card.
B. On May 15, 2014, around 11:20 on May 15, 2014, the Defendant, at the 1425-15 office located in the Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant: (a) stored the agricultural bank passbook of D, which was stolen as described in the said paragraph; (b) withdrawn KRW 100,000 in cash by inputting the password; and (c) withdrawn it by inputting the password.
2. On May 15, 2014, around 11:16, 2014, the Defendant: (a) stated the DNA password number, which was stolen as described in the foregoing paragraph 1 at the point of the Donsan Dok National University Forest Service; (b) stated the applicant column of the application for the change of the password in a tamp-type, using a tamp-shaped pen; (c) made the entries of the name, address, resident registration number, and name on the face of D’s name; and (d) continued to have been duly signed by the bank employees who are not aware of the forgery.
Accordingly, the defendant, without authority, forged a written application for change of the password of the name D, which is a private document concerning rights and obligations, and exercised the forged private document.
3. The Defendant, in violation of the Resident Registration Act, committed a violation of the Resident Registration Act with respect to an application for change of the password of the Nong Bank Account at the date, time, place, and place indicated in paragraph (2) of the above Article, as if the bank employee was D himself/herself, and was stolen and possessed as stated in paragraph (1) of the above Article.
