Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2013, around 02:40 on December 10, 2013, the Defendant took a bath on the ground that the security guards affiliated with the Mapo Police Station D police box called out after receiving a report 112 prior to the “Ccafeteria” located in Mapo-gu Seoul, and prevented the Defendant from assaulting another person. On the other hand, the Defendant took one time at the right eye of the above E.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of duties by police officers on crime prevention.
