1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 775,512 for each of the Plaintiffs and each of them, 5% per annum from May 13, 2016 to January 19, 2017; and (b).

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant Company is a company established and operated on February 26, 1992 for the purpose of manufacturing and selling boilers, etc. of the trade name “D”. The Defendant Company is an honorary chairperson established and operated by the Defendant Company. The F is an employee of the Defendant Company on March 3, 200, who entered the Defendant Company on February 22, 1999 and works for the said Company until now. (2) The Plaintiff Company entered the Defendant Company on February 22, 199 and retired from the Defendant Company on May 10, 2010, while working as the head of the Quality Improvement Team at the G factory Team, Technical Research Institute, etc., and the Plaintiff Company was working as the head of the Defendant Company on May 10, 201, and the Plaintiff Company was working for the Defendant Company on January 3, 2007, and was working for the quality improvement team and new energy development team at the Defendant Company’s above G factory, and around June 19, 2018.

B. The registered design and the patent company involved in the instant case filed an application for the following registered designs (hereinafter “each of the instant designs”) and the patent (hereinafter “instant patent”) and registered:
