Reasons

Punishment of the crime

On June 23, 2017, from around 18:53 to 19:05 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) on the D’s street around Daejeon Seo-gu, Daejeon; (b) on the grounds that the FF-learning vehicle owned by the victim E, parked in that place, was parked close to the parked vehicle and thus it is difficult for the Defendant to move the vehicle; (c) however, there is a defect that the victim could not be deducted from the vehicle at a distance; (d) the Defendant damaged the car by making it difficult for the Defendant to move the vehicle.
