Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant,

1. From July 6, 2017 to July 2 to 3, 2017, the Defendant’s coffee store in the first floor of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building (164 square meters, 542.15 square meters) and the mobile phone store in the mobile phone store of the victim C Co., Ltd.
