Punishment of the crime

On July 20, 2012, the Defendant received the total amount of KRW 2,192,400 through the same method from around the above time to December 20, 2012, by denying the supply of livelihood benefits equivalent to KRW 365,400 from the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Bupyeong-gu Office in its own residential area located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon, and by denying the supply of KRW 2,192,400 through the same method from around the above time to December 20, 2012.
