1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 50,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 24% per annum from January 25, 2015 to the day of complete payment.

The Defendant entered into the Plaintiff’s Hyundai Department Store’s Credit Card (customer number: 732531517) as a member, and agreed to pay the goods purchased on the card by the 24th day of the following month, and to pay the principal and 204% delay damages per annum in the event that the goods purchased on the card are not paid by the following day. The Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the price for goods purchased on credit from the Plaintiff during the period from December 9, 2014 to December 29, 2014, with the market price of KRW 50,000,000, such as merchandise coupons, and did not pay the price for goods after the agreed date. Thus, the Defendant is liable to pay the Plaintiff the price for goods and delay.
