1. The Defendants shall pay to each of the Plaintiff KRW 55,00,000 as well as to the day of Down payment from March 27, 2006.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On September 22, 2006, the Plaintiff filed an order against the Defendants to jointly pay money with Busan District Court No. 2006Da26157, and received an order to pay the Defendants the amount of KRW 55,00,000 and the amount calculated at a rate of 60% per annum from March 27, 2006 to the date of Down payment.
B. The above payment order was served on October 31, 2006 on the Defendants and became final and conclusive on November 15, 2006.
C. The Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit seeking payment against the Defendants before the extinctive prescription of the claim against the Defendants under the above payment order expires.
