1. The Defendant’s KRW 44,141,850 and KRW 23,700,000 among the Plaintiff’s money and KRW 23,70,000, respectively, from March 24, 2015 to March 23, 2015.
Reasons
1. Determination on the cause of the claim
A. The Plaintiff: (a) deposited KRW 15,00,000 on December 31, 2007 to the Defendant; (b) KRW 5,000,000 on January 28, 2008; and (c) KRW 2,00,000 on February 10, 2009; and (d) KRW 1,70,000 on January 5, 201; (c) KRW 1,70,000 on January 5, 201 to the Defendant at each interest rate of KRW 1.5% (Provided, That (i) on February 5, 2008; (ii) on February 5, 2008; (iii) on January 5, 2008; and (iv) on February 2008, the said interest agreement does not mean that the said interest agreement was made; and (iii) lent it without fixing the period

B. As of March 23, 2015, the Plaintiff is a person who received a total of KRW 8,980,000 interest from the Defendant as of March 23, 2015, and the details of receipt of principal and interest based thereon are as follows.
According to the above facts, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 20,441,850 plus KRW 23,700,850 plus KRW 44,141,850, the sum of the interest unpaid to the plaintiff and KRW 23,700,000 with interest rate of KRW 18% per annum, which is the interest rate for delayed damage from March 24, 2015 to the date of full payment.
The plaintiff shall annually from the date of serving a duplicate of complaint.
