Defendant D’s KRW 30 million to Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B, and C, as well as KRW 20 million from November 8, 2018 to November 12, 2020.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. H entered into an employment contract with I Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I”), and from October 13, 2017, H served as security guards of Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Jtel (hereinafter “instant building”).

B. I. In relation to the instant accident, Defendant D neglected to perform such duty of care, despite the fact that “the head of the site management office of the instant building, security guards are required to undergo the mechanical parking lot manager training, and the security guards are required to be trained not to enter the mechanical parking lot.”
