1. On October 9, 2018, the Defendant stated in the separate sheet “request amount” as stated on the Plaintiffs’ respective money and each of the said money.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are the regional housing association established with the purpose of promoting the business of constructing apartment and ancillary welfare facilities with the five underground floors below the fifth floor above the fifth floor above the ground and the 1,382 households above the ground level below the fifth floor above the fifth floor above the fifth floor above the ground level (hereinafter “instant business”) in the U, Inc. (c) Execution of a plan for parcelling-out (decision of the parcelling-out price, conclusion of a contract for parcelling-out, advertisement for parcelling-out, publicity, etc.) and U.
Performance of all affairs related to the recruitment of partners and approval of a project plan under relevant Acts;
(e) obtain authorization from the competent authority to establish an association;
(f) Reporting on destruction of a building and removal of an existing building;
