Reasons
The defendant (formerly, L Housing Association) is a regional housing association under the Housing Act which was established in order to promote the apartment construction project in the Mail-gu Seoul Metropolitan City M. and has been authorized to establish the association on September 30, 201 by the head of the Jeonjin-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
