Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 10, 2013, at around 03:45, the Defendant received a report of the assault case on the road in front of the “suman Park,” located in Gwangjin-dong 630, Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, and asked questions to the details of the report, and the police box affiliated with the Mine Police Station C commander of the Mine Police Station dispatched to the site, and assaulted the Defendant, “I am quih with the right to carry on the left side of D with the saw,” and assaulted D’s left spaw by using the saw.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the handling of reported duties.
