The defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000 ($00,000), but if the above fine is not paid, KRW 100,000 ($0,000) shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On April 19, 2015, the Defendant was urged to pay taxi charges from a police officer working in the said district while he/she had a dispute over taxi articles and charges in the C District of the Seoul Northern Police Station located in the Gwangju Northern District, Gwangju Northern District on April 19, 2015.

Along with the large sound called “Creshing fix,” the police officers continued to gather a mobile phone toward the side on which they are located, resulting in the disturbance and behavior, and led to the disturbance.
