[Criminal Justice] On March 6, 1991, Defendant A sentenced 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on December 30, 1994, Defendant A sentenced 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Daejeon District Court on January 13, 199; 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court on January 25, 200; 1 year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court on January 17, 2007 at the Suwon District Court on August 4, 2009; and 1 year of imprisonment with prison labor at the Chuncheon District Court on June 26, 2016.

B On November 12, 2015, in the Daejeon District Court's Branch of the Daejeon District Court, 8 months of imprisonment for habitual larceny, and September 23, 2016, in the same court, 8 months of imprisonment for night-time, intrusion upon residence, larceny, etc., and on March 30, 2017, 2 months of imprisonment for larceny by the same court, and on October 17, 2017, the Daejeon District Court sentenced on August 16, 2018, the execution of the sentence was completed in the official prison on August 16, 2018.

1. "2019 Highest 370";
A. On September 22, 2018, the Defendants discovered a DNA 25 tons cargo vehicle parked in Ansan City, around 11:30 on September 22, 2018, and conspired to steals with the aforementioned cargo vehicle. At around 21:35 on the same day, Defendant B reported the network to the said cargo, and Defendant A divided two times of the market value of the victim E owned by the said cargo vehicle using the Raber in advance.
B. On February 4, 2019, the Defendants conspired to steals the power lines of construction machinery located at the scene of Masung City F at around 12:02, Feb. 4, 2019, and Defendant B returned the CCTV installed therein to another direction so that the scene of crime is not taken. On the same day at around 19:07, Defendant B is in possession of the network in advance.
