[Criminal Power] On November 9, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Daejeon District Court on November 9, 2012, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Correctional District Court on August 5, 2013.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Around 01:00 on December 18, 2013, the Defendant purchased approximately KRW 80,000 in cash from C, a psychotropic drug, from the Busan taxi platform located in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City (hereinafter referred to as “clopon”).

2. On December 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) administered philophone medication on December 18, 2013; (b) around 02:00 on December 18, 2013, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of philophone in the microde room located in the Dong area of Busan-gu, Busan.

3. On January 11, 2014, the Defendant received and accepted approximately 0.35 g of phiphones, which were contained in the clopon from the KTX large Cargo Center located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, on January 11, 2014, at around 20:30, the Defendant received and accepted approximately 0.35 g of phiphones, which were sent by C to the KTX Cargo Center in Busan-dong.

4. Around January 12, 2014, the Defendant: (a) administered philophone medication in a clogram in the office of the Defendant on January 12, 2014; (b) around 19:00 on January 12, 2014; and (c) administered approximately 0.03g of philophone in a clogram to a coffee.

5. Around January 13, 2014, the Defendant, at the same place as Paragraph 4, administered 0.03g of oponon on January 13, 2014, in a way that scopon on a coffee scopon on a coffee.

6. On March 16, 2014, the Defendant received and accepted approximately 0.35 g of phiphones, which were contained in the clopon from the KTX large Cargo Center located in Daejeon-dong, Daejeon-dong, on March 16, 2014, at around 11:40, the Defendant received and accepted at least 0.35 g of phiphones, which were sent by C to the KTX Cargo Center in Busan-dong.

7. Around March 16, 2014, the Defendant, at around 20:0 on March 16, 2014, administered approximately 0.03g of philopon to coffee at the same place as Paragraph 4, at around 20:0.
