A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 2017, the Defendant took time the victim’s head and face from the Defendant’s child-friendly job at the Defendant’s child-friendly passenger car parked on the side near the side of the sub-party in the city of 15:00 on June 1, 2017, on the ground that the victim B (V, 54 years old) was the Hague.

2. On June 2017, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the victim’s main business by force on the ground that at D main points operated by the victim as described in paragraph (1) at D main points operated by the victim described in paragraph (1) at around 19:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business by leaving beer and bending the beer several times; and (b) putting the victim at a large interest; and (c) taking the victim’s public bath.

3. On July 4, 2017, at around 20:30, the Defendant found D’s main points as indicated in paragraph 2, and led the victim’s head, leading the victim’s head, leading the victim’s arms several times. The Defendant, depending on the victim’s hand, knee, sold the victim’s head to several times, and kneee, sold the victim’s knee, and inflicted injury on the victim, i.e., shoulder and knee’s knee and knee in need of medical treatment for about 14 days.
