Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A is the representative director of Defendant B, a corporation in Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu, who employs ten full-time workers and operates a service business (other contract).

B is a corporation established for the purpose of providing service business (other contracting business) by employing ten full-time workers at the above address.

1. A person who desires to engage in the dispatched business of workers shall do so with the permission of the Minister of Labor under the conditions as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Labor;

Nevertheless, the Defendants, without obtaining employment permission from the Minister of Labor from March 18, 2014 to May 13, 2014, dispatched six persons, such as E, to G, a stock company located in Daegu-gu F, as shown in attached Table 1, to engage in the assembly process of automobile parts.

2. The business of dispatching workers shall not dispatch workers to the direct production process of the manufacturing industry except where a vacancy occurs due to childbirth, disease, injury, etc., or where it is necessary to secure human resources temporarily and intermittently;

Nevertheless, the Defendants, without obtaining employment permission from the Minister of Labor from March 18, 2014 to May 13, 2014, dispatched six persons, such as E, to G, a stock company located in Daegu-gu F, as stated in attached Table 1, to engage in the business of assembling motor vehicle parts, thereby having them engage in the business of assembling motor vehicle parts.

Defendant A is the representative director of Defendant B, a corporation in Seogu-gu, Daegu-gu, who employs ten full-time workers and operates a service business (other contract).
