1. As to the Plaintiff A’s share in 3/9 of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 3, Defendant Republic of Korea shall be the Plaintiff B, F, and .
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. According to the Land Survey Book prepared in the Japanese colonial era, I, on May 7, 1912, 270 JJJ-gun, Leecheon-gun (hereinafter “K-gun”) was divided into the 4 real estate listed in the separate sheet and the 5 real estate on March 25, 2004; hereinafter “K-gun land before division”); ① on May 25, 1912, 12, 12 (hereinafter “1 real estate listed in the separate sheet after changing the name of the administrative district and converting the area; hereinafter “1 land”); ② after changing the name of the administrative district and converting the area into the area, the real estate was entered in the separate sheet No. 292 (hereinafter “No. 2,000,000) and the real estate area was entered in the separate sheet No. 3,000 (hereinafter “No. 3,000,000).
B. Defendant Republic of Korea: (a) filed a registration of initial ownership relating to land No. 339 on February 9, 1996 with the Suwon District Court Lee Won-cheon District Court Lee 339 on February 9, 1996; (b) filed a registration of initial ownership relating to land No. 851 on June 30, 1956 with the same registry office; and (c) filed a registration of initial ownership on land No. 30215 on November 13, 1996 with the same registry office.
C. Defendant E Cooperatives (O, the name before August 15, 2005, hereinafter “Defendant Association”) completed registration of preservation of ownership as the receipt of No. 6055 on the land of Suwon District Court Leecheon District Court, Leecheon District Court, 1981.
The above I died on December 23, 1927 and succeeded to the family head and property of ASEAN. After P died on March 5, 1932, 1932, the head of South Q has succeeded to the sole inheritance, but the head of South Q died on February 10, 1951, and eventually the next R succeeded to the family head and property of P.
After that, R died on October 2, 2010, and Plaintiff A is the wife of R and the rest of the plaintiffs as R's children.
