A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than four months and by a fine not exceeding 2,00,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Around November 15, 2016, the Defendant filed a construction report (site area: 760 square meters, total floor area: detached houses, total floor area: 96.78 square meters, the number of buildings: 12 square meters, 22 square meters, 7.4 square meters, and 7.4 square meters) with respect to the land located in Gyeong-Gun B (hereinafter “instant land”) at the Gun Office of Gyeonggi-do (hereinafter “instant land”).
