Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From March 1, 1990 to December 2008, Defendant A, a private school, was in charge of the overall administration of Q Q, including budget execution, as a managing director of Q, who was an organization affiliated with the Korea Federation of Korea (hereinafter “ Q”) from January 2009, and was in charge of the general administration of Q from January 1, 2005 to December 2008.

B From around 2003 to 2006, as a managing director of the S organization, he was in charge of overall administration such as budget execution, and on December 1, 201, the Seoul Western District Court sentenced the suspension of execution for four months as a crime of acceptance of bribe at the Seoul Western District Court, which became final and conclusive on June 5, 2012.

D is the actual operator of V Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “V”) who engages in the sales and lease business of EmbcoT. From March 2005 to December 12, 201, Defendant E was in charge of various duties, such as fund management, in relation to the World Cup governed by W as a general secretary of the World Organization (hereinafter “W”). Defendant F was in office as the director of the X Secretariat from March 2005 to December 12, 2010, and was in charge of overall duties, such as preparation, management, etc., of the sports association.
Criminal facts
1. Although the Defendant, the president of the Defendant B S organization, received approximately KRW 21,000,000 from AA to cover KRW 200,000 as funds for operating the Games held in the “AB Games,” the Defendant, the president of the CS organization, and the managing director, was able to use part of the event funds provided to Q for the said Games for any purpose other than the purpose of using the event funds such as entertainment expenses and entertainment expenses.
R, the managing director of Q, around August 25, 2006, received the event subsidy of KRW 50 million from the account in its name in relation to the above Games and was kept in business for Q Q.
