Punishment of the crime

Around 18:00 on October 1, 2020, the Defendant, at the first floor parking lot of 'B apartment house B' underground, followed by the victim C (W, 40 years of age) related to the Defendant’s contact with other women, was assaulted by the victim at one time, and operated the victim’s scamba vehicle on his own by hand, but the victim was able to drive the scamba vehicle on his own, but operated approximately 4 meters by keeping the victim’s body in front of the vehicle.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim with a dangerous object as a motor vehicle.
