A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special violence or assault;

가. 피고인은 2016. 10.말경 광주시 G에 있는 피고인이 운영하는 ‘H’ 상호의 배달전문 음식점에서, 그곳에서 배달일을 하는 피해자 B(16세), 피해자 망 I(16세)에게 근무시간보다 1시간 일찍 나오도록 지시하였으나 이를 거부한다는 이유로 피해자들이 가게에 출근하자 그곳에서 사용하는 위험한 물건인 식칼로 피해자들의 허벅지 등을 수회 쿡쿡 찔렀다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous articles and assaulted victims.

B. Around December 2016, the Defendant: (a) got the victim C (the 16-year-old age) who was playing in the Defendant’s shop at H in accordance with the above B, and had knife the Victim C (the 16-year-old age), a dangerous object cited in the Defendant’s hand, for the reason that the victim did not hear the horses.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

C. Around January 2017, the Defendant: (a) the Victim E (the 16-year-old) who was playing in the Defendant’s shop at the Defendant’s shop at the Defendant’s shop, and (b) the Defendant was in the position of the Gab and the Gabn class on the ground that he discussed in the Defendant’s shop at the Defendant’s shop.

On March 3, 2017, the Defendant completed delivery work at the above H and found the victim D (16 years of age) who was playing at the Defendant’s shop pursuant to the above B, and without any reason, she was faced with the victim by gathering the food knife, which is a dangerous object on the table knife.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

E. On March 2017, the Defendant cited a knife, which is a dangerous thing used in the kitchen, without any justifiable reason, at the end of the day of March, 2017.
