Reasons
1. The plaintiff, on June 22, 2005, lent to the defendant a total of KRW 300,000,000 ( KRW 200,000,000) including the total of KRW 80,000,000 on January 27, 2006, and KRW 200,000 on February 18, 2006 ( KRW 200,000,000). Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the above loan amount of KRW 300,00,000,000 and delay damages.
