A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
"2015 Highest 1195"
1. On June 23, 2015, around 00:31, 200:31, the Defendant came to “C” corporation located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and attempted to steal property by intrusioning on the women’s escape room through the above company entrance. However, all the things in the place were not locked by the wind and attempted.
2. On June 23, 2015, at around 01:30, the Defendant collected KRW 26,000,000, which was the victim’s G owned by the victim G and the victim H’s KRW 12,00,000, which was invaded into the male escape room through the above company entrance, and subsequently stolen the total amount of KRW 47,00,00,000 from the victim’s G owned by the female escape room.
3. On July 2, 2015, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a 'J' factory located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) thereby cutting off KRW 45,000 owned by the victim K; and (c) KRW 10,000 owned by the victim; and (d) cut off the sum of KRW 55,000,000.

1. On June 30, 2015, around 01:30 on June 30, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the victim M-owned factory located in Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, by a new door; and (b) discovered walletss owned by the victim N-owned by the employees of the above factory, who were installed in the second floor conference room of the factory building; and (c) 40,000 won in cash.
Accordingly, the Defendant, at night, stolen the victim N's N's property by intrusion on the structure that the victim M&A received at night.
2. At night, around 02:50 on July 17, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded the factory in the same manner; and (b) opened up to two floors in order to locate stolen objects; (c) but did not come to the wind to employees of the place.
In this regard, the defendant intrudes the victim M&C structure at night and stealss another person's property.
