경찰청은 2011. 9. 16. 본청, 충북, 전남, 경북, 제주 지방경찰청을 대상으로 1차 경찰청 112시스템 전국 표준화 및 통합 구축사업(이하 ‘1차 사업’이라고 한다)을 진행하였는데, 주식회사 리노스와 주식회사 디올메디바이오가 경쟁입찰한 결과 2011. 10. 28. 주식회사 리노스(이하 ‘리노스’라고 한다)가 주사업자로 선정되었다. 경찰청은 2012. 11.경부터 경기, 인천, 광주, 대구, 울산, 부산, 서울, 강원, 충남, 대전, 전북, 경남 지방경찰청을 대상으로 2차 경찰청 112시스템 전국 표준화 및 통합 구축사업(이하 ‘2차 사업’이라고 한다)을 진행하였는데, 주식회사 리노스, 에스케이텔레콤 주식회사, 세아네트웍스 주식회사가 경쟁입찰한 결과 2012. 4. 24. 1차 사업자인 리노스가 역시 주사업자로 선정되었다.
