1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. On August 21, 2014, around 12:00 on August 21, 2014, the Defendant driven the CCA 110B Oral Seab, without a motorcycle license, from approximately 1km to the road in front of the “Scambow,” located in the Northdong-dong-gu, Gwangju, 101 to the “Scambow,” located in the same Dongdong-dong.
