A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From May 2014 to May 201, 2016, the Defendant had a relationship with the victim B (n, 34 years of age) and the police officer from May 2014, 2016. 1. On February 1, 2016, the Defendant infringed upon the Defendant’s residence by using the front door key, which had been reproduced in advance to return the money paid to the victim during his/her death with the victim, and by using the front door key, the Defendant opened the door door and intruded the victim’s residence.

2. 특수 폭행 피고인은 위 제 1 항 기재 일 시경 피해자의 주거지 작은 방에서 불을 켜지 않고 피해자가 귀가할 때까지 기다렸다가, 2016. 2. 2. 01:55 경 피해자가 집에 들어와 피고인을 발견하고 놀라 소리를 지르며 밖으로 도망가려고 하자 피해자의 집 주방 싱크대에 있는 위험한 물건인 부엌칼( 총 길이 30cm, 칼날 길이 17cm) 을 꺼 내 들어 피해자에게 들이 대며 “ 조용히 해 ”라고 위협하고, 피해자를 안방으로 데리고 가 위 칼을 안방에 있는 테이블 위에 놓아두고 피해자의 휴대폰을 빼앗아 카카오 톡 내용을 확인하여 피해자가 다른 남자와 카카오톡으로 연락해 온 내용을 보고 화가 나 손으로 피해자의 뺨을 2회 때리고, 발로 피해자의 엉덩이를 2회 찼다.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.
