A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around May 19, 2017, the Defendant brought about the relationship between the victim C (math, 45 years of age) and the victim from around 2010.
