Reasons
1. Basic facts

Decision on expropriation made on April 26, 2013 by the local Land Tribunal of Seoul Special Metropolitan City: Each land listed in the separate sheet owned by the plaintiffs (referring to "each of the instant land" in addition to each of the remaining land in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, which is not disputed by the plaintiffs; each land refers to the parcel number only; each land shall be referred to as "each of the instant land"; and each land shall be referred to as "land number"): June 14, 2013 - Compensation: 1,227,44,110 won (land 945,495,300 won): 1,152,79,10 won (land 945,495,300 won) for the plaintiff; 281,948,810 won (land 945,495,300 won) for the plaintiff; 203,307,307,3010 won); and 306,306,46,207,3646
C. The Central Land Expropriation’s ruling Nos. 1 A928,217,070 Won 2 B B B928,217,070 Won 31,237,62,760 Won - The amount of compensation for each of the instant lands shall be increased as follows (the Defendant deposited each objection against the Plaintiffs).
1) Each of the instant lands is located near the north side of the I Elementary School located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and is classified into urban areas and Class II general residential areas. The surrounding neighborhood neighborhood living facilities, multi-household dwelling facilities, multi-household houses, multi-family housing, etc. are mixed, and are adjacent to the 5rd line road to the east, and the state of public transportation is common. 2) Each of the instant lands is the land of the largest type and the ridge type, or the land of the former neighborhood living facilities and the housing, etc.
3) J land and K land are adjacent to each other, and all of them are used as parking lots of L-based buildings (M buildings).
J Land is abutting on the right side of the road.
