1. Facts of recognition;

A. On July 7, 2009, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

The defendant received insurance proceeds of KRW 24,81,794 in total from the plaintiff 17 times from November 30, 2009 to January 12, 2015, including the fact that he/she was hospitalized for 13 days with 13 days from the perjury and received insurance proceeds of KRW 500,440,00,00 as shown below (attached Table 1).
