A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

All of the applications for compensation of this case are dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around September 19, 2012, the defrauded concluded that “B is an expert dealing with curios for not less than 20 years, which is a long-term Joseon Dynasty, and has a curios that cannot be easily sought from the city,” and that the Defendant would create a tree deposit from a old embankment for a long period of 300 years. This means that “The Defendant would be 520,000 won in order to make it better for the victims (victim).” This means that “B is an expert dealing with curios for not less than 20 years.”

However, in fact, the Defendant did not handle curios, and the Defendant’s items presented to the victim by curios are produced in the past rather than old curios, and the items purchased at low prices in neighboring stores or manufacturers, and the tea table produced by the Defendant was also a general timber, other than trees from old rooms in 300 years, and the tea table produced by the Defendant could not be used normally by spawnedly.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 520,00 from the victim to the Defendant’s agricultural bank account at the time of the occurrence of deposit money, and acquired KRW 55,960,00 in total over 46 times from the victim C and D as the price for curios, as described in the attached crime list I from the Si to October 28 of the same year.

2. The Defendant, around December 2012, referred to as “Fgallon” as the “Fallon,” stating that “B had sold goods to customers G with the same third party as the fraud, but without any error, he/she should be informed of the person in order to engage in the Kakaoto Ri, and the person must be aware of the fact.”

However, in fact, the defendant sold a total number of works he bought at low prices to the victim C and D, and came to know that he had sold them at high prices.
