Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2017, the Defendant driven BM5 vehicle under the influence of alcohol with approximately 11m alcohol concentration of 0.150% from around the 125 Culture and Arts Center (Seoul Metropolitan Government) to around the Southern elementary school located in Mcheon-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Seoul.
