Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a food entertainment business (general restaurant) referred to as “D” in the wife population C.

A person who intends to operate a food entertainment business (general restaurant) shall report to the competent Mayor/Do governor for each type of business or each place of business as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from October 19, 2014 to August 21, 2015, was equipped with an area of approximately 34 square meters, four trustees for four persons, 12 chairs, 12 air conditioners, 1 air conditioners, 1 motor vehicles, and various equipment and supplies, and did not make a business report by preparing and selling to an unspecified person the number of non-sn beams of KRW 5,00, 4,000, yellow 3,000, 3,000 won, and 3,00 won per month, and then raising sales of KRW 50,00 per month.
