A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on April 21, 1998; on November 16, 1998, one year and two months; on June 9, 200, three years and six months; on March 11, 2004, three years and six months; and on June 25, 201, the Defendant was sentenced to six years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Residents Support for the Daegu District Court on March 11, 2004; and on June 25, 2010, the execution of the above punishment terminated on April 13, 2016, respectively.

[2] On September 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on September 5, 2017, at around 01:20, the victim D (n, 35 years old) located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu North-gu, and the second floor; (b) removed the entrance door door in advance and intruded into the hospital, and 50,350 won in cash, which is the victim’s possession in the small credit cooperative, and stolen.

As a result, the defendant was sentenced to imprisonment not less than three times due to special larceny, etc., and the victim's property was stolen by destroying a part of the structure at night during the period of repeated crime and impairing the structure at night.

On April 21, 1998, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at the Changwon District Court on April 21, 1998, one year and two months of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Changwon District Court on November 16, 1998, three years and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the resident settlement support at the Daegu District Court on March 11, 2004, and one year and six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act at the Daegu District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Daegu District Court on October 22, 2008, and six years of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Suwon District Court on June 25, 2010.
