1. Basic facts

A. On September 15, 2006, the Plaintiff entered into a non-payment-based CI insurance (a special agreement on medical treatment for diseases, special agreement on hospitalization, special agreement on hospitalization, special agreement on hospitalization, etc.; hereinafter the same shall apply) with the Defendant and the insured as the Plaintiff, and the beneficiary, and the content of the insurance clause in the instant case is as follows.

2. Where a person subject to insurance (insured) is confirmed to be diagnosed as an adult specific disease during the insurance period and is hospitalized for not less than 31 days directly for the purpose of the treatment: The definition of hospitalization under Article 9 of the Special Agreement on the Guarantee of the Admission of New-paid Diseases for not less than 30,000 won per day (type 1) and in this Special Agreement, the term "hospitalize" means that the person qualified as a doctor, herb doctor or dentist needs to receive treatment due to diseases prescribed in the disease classification table, and it is difficult to do so due to difficulties in medical treatment at a small-scale house, etc., and concentrate on the treatment under the control of a doctor.
