A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On July 7, 2011, the Defendant issued each summary order of KRW 5 million from the Daegu District Court to a fine of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) and a fine of KRW 2 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the port branch of the Daegu District Court on December 29, 2014.
1. On November 15, 2015, the Defendant, despite having violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act more than twice, driving a clater under the influence of alcohol 0.153% of the blood alcohol concentration in the 700-meter section from the front of the house to the front of the convenience store in Y25 city located in Ycheon-gu, Yan-gu, Seoul, the Defendant, at around 17:10 on November 15, 2015, driven a clater under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.153% without obtaining a driver’s license.
2. On December 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) asked the Defendant to make a statement that he/she had been driving to conceal the fact that he/she had been driving under the influence of alcohol or without a license; and (b) let D make a false confession.
Therefore, at around 13:15 on the same day, the Defendant made a false statement to D to D to the Inspector E in the office of the safety accident investigation department of the Portnam Police Station of the Korea Coast Guard.
Accordingly, the defendant assisted the above D to escape a person who committed a crime corresponding to a fine or heavier punishment.
around 15:30 on April 27, 2016, the Defendant driven approximately 150 meters prior to the same port hot spring in order to obtain a driver's license for the Crando on April 27, 2016.
