Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of the vehicle B at low price.

On October 3, 2019, at around 11:10, the Defendant proceeded two lanes of the three-lane road in the south-gu Daegu metropolitan area from the upper intersection to the front circular of the merchants.
