Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment of one year and ten months, by imprisonment of two years and four months, and by imprisonment of two years and two months, respectively.

Punishment of the crime

1. All of the facts (Sphishing criminal organizations in which the Defendant was active) (Sphishing criminal organizations) took part in a criminal organization for telephone fraud (Sphishing) in Vietnam from June 2012 to September 2012, 200, which is a violence organization subject to police management, organized a sphishing criminal organization with the intent of deceiving the victims by deceiving them by deceiving them to make loans at a low interest rate and making them divided by transfer of the damage amount.
