A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall pay 63,800,000 won to the applicant by fraud.

Punishment of the crime

[2012 Highest 336] The Defendant, as an actual operator of DD Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”) located in Gyeongnam-gun, the Defendant was awarded a contract for the construction of F executives’ accommodation facilities located in E in Changwon-si, which was ordered by the Gyeongwon-gun, the Gyeongnam-gun, around August 18, 201, and had been performing the said construction since then, on June 201, the Defendant said that the Defendant would pay KRW 63,80,000 for the construction cost on two occasions, depending on the interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior interior of the said executives’ lodging at the construction site at the above construction site and around June 2011.

The Defendant: (a) the sum of KRW 27,00,000 and the total of KRW 4,454,613 and KRW 31,454,613 and the total of KRW 31,454,613 from around January 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012, who served as the site manager from around July 201 to March 2012 as the site manager; and (b) the sum of KRW 27,000,000 per month’s monthly wage and retirement pay of KRW 4,54,613 and KRW 31,454,613 from around March 1, 201 to around April 10, 2012; and (c) the sum of KRW 3,00,000 per month’s monthly wage and KRW 27,000,000 per month’s monthly wage and KRW 30,301,58,208.
