A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From November 2009, the Defendant lived with the deceased C (Death on August 25, 2010). On August 3, 2010, the deceased C was suffering from traffic accidents, and the heir of the deceased C had the mind to have the property disposed of by disposing of the previous property.
1. Forgery of private documents and the display of private documents;
A. On August 9, 2010, the Defendant prepared a power of attorney to sell and purchase D Ⅱ-II vehicles in the front of the Ora-gu, Ora-si, Ora-si, Ora-si and stated D Ⅱ-II in the power of attorney’s name “C” and “E” in the resident registration number column, and sealed the network C’s seal imprinted and managed on the side of the network C’s name column without the network C’s consent.
Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of delegation in the name of the network C, which is a private document related to rights and obligations, and submitted it to the F, which is an individual, during the vehicle trading.
B. On August 3, 2010, the Defendant, in the Defendant’s residence, indicated “In Incheon Gyeyang-gu HH building B B02,” “C” in the name column and “E” in the resident number column in order to receive self-compensation for traffic accident-related vehicles that occurred on August 3, 2010, and affixed the network C’s seal impression affixed to the network C’s name and seal without the network C’s permission.
Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising, the defendant forged a written claim for the payment of insurance money under the name of the network C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, and exercised it by facsimile to the Mzz fire insurance company.
2. Fraud;
