A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint assault) by the defendant and the defendant serving in the same military unit cooking place (hereinafter referred to as "C");

A.
